自主企画Sushi party
3 days ago, myself and Jack organised a sushi party.
The reason why we decided to do this was that there were so many people had wanted to learn how to make sushi.
At first, it was surposed to be a small party with the member living in my dom.
We made the quite tiny ad and put it on the door in my floor to let them know the place and time , however, a bunch of people joined our party unexpectedly.
I was, maybe Jack too, so surprised.
At the same time we were speechless.
I totally didn't expected that these many people came.
I'm not sure but there are 40~50? people.
Moreover, most of them were not my friends. This fact surprised me again.
One of participant said, 'You guys are so cool! I love wasabi!! YeahHHHH!'.
He ate wasabi itself and said like this. It was so funny.
We, actually 10 countries 14 people including me, made more than 200 hundred of sushi.
They looked happy but sometimes serious because this was their first time to make sushi so that they were so concentrating.
While they were so concentraring, somebody said to new comer, ' Welcome to the factory, no talking please'.
All of us laughed.

おはよございます。What a great idea. It also looks like an excellent example of 'soft-power'. You should send a copy of this entry to the Foreign Ministry and ask them to make you an Ambassador :-)

こんにちは♪
Thank you for your comment. I am glad to see your comment every time.
Unfortunately, my English is not so great.
But anyway, I'd like to communicate with them and help them to be familiar with Japanese culture. And hopefully, I can improve my poor English through this kind of experience.
I want to be an ambassador, or whatever.
If I can get in touch with people here.
